Strength & Conditioning Classes

At ApeStrength, we offer targeted strength and conditioning classes for both juniors and adults. Our Friday 5pm classes are designed to build a solid foundation of strength, power, and endurance. Through a combination of functional movements, resistance training, and sport-specific drills, we help athletes of all levels develop the physical attributes needed to excel in their chosen combat sport. Our experienced coach provides individualised attention, ensuring each participant receives the guidance and support they need to progress safely and effectively.

Oxygen Advantage Personal Instruction

For high-level, sport-specific training, ApeStrength provides personal instruction in the Oxygen Advantage method. This innovative approach focuses on improving breathing efficiency and enhancing athletic performance. Through one-on-one sessions, our certified Oxygen Advantage instructors work closely with athletes to optimise their breathing patterns, increase oxygen delivery to the muscles, and reduce the impact of lactic acid build-up. Bulgarian Bag Training

Bulgarian Bag training is a highly effective tool for developing functional strength, core stability, and explosive power.
